A great class that focuses on your legs, bum & stomach.

Spinning

Spinning combines high-cadence riding with performance visualisation in an aerobic class-like environment. Suited to people who are looking for a more efficient and fun way to get in shape. Different levels of ability can workout together.

Spinning will define leg muscle and it will also strengthen arms, shoulder and abdominal muscles. Spinning classes are acknowledged as one of the most efficient ways to burn calories – lose weight, get fit, and have great fun!
